Hi there, I am Micheal Hassan and I am the teams’:
Sr. Instructional Designer
I ensure that the proper learning models and standards are applied to all digital learning projects during the design process in preparation to the development stage.
I also am responsible for the setting of course goals and learning objectives alignment to the overall stakeholders business goal for the course.
During the development stage , I act as liaison between subject matter experts, stakeholders and our development team, to ensure that the standards and models set, are applied to all digital learning materials.
Hi, I am Nancy Brewer and I am the teams’:
Sr. Technical Writer
As the Senior Technical Writer, I implement the project-wide documentation plan that provides a framework for script writing and general documentation in the digital learning course.
I analyze and simplify any utilized technical material by interviewing subject matter experts, reviewing reference documents and research of related subjects.

Web Designer
I coordinate and communicate with customers to plan web development projects. I guide them from concept to completion, utilizing a variety of web development tools and technologies. My duties include:
- Creating complex graphics and professional designs for a variety of business themes including custom graphic and logo design.
- Providing web solutions and web sites for specific business needs such as, promotions, presentations, customer service or online services.
- Managing and updating web sites for customers and provide customer service.
- Ensuring all web site development follows W3C web standards and ADA compliance for accessibility and other good practices for web design and developmet.
Hello, I am Jason Ridge and I am the teams’:
Video Editor and Video/Audio Quality Control Specialist
Quality Control video editor of 3D and 2D content
- Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro 2017, and Final Cut Pro7
- Edit, adjust and otherwise improve the audio/ visual product
- Follow editing guidance from quality control to ensure edits are safely within broadcast standards and prescribed policy and process for asset management
- Communicate quality concerns, changes and suggestions to the manager
- Re-order content, if needed, to ensure logical sequencing and ideal viewing experience
- Keep my skills current regarding broadcast and post-production technologies and techniques as well as quality control standards and made suggestions accordingly
